It is hard to believe what started in a barn on Guadalupe Road in 1962 would become the Church of the Epiphany we know and love in 2012. Please join us as we lead up to our 50th anniversary celebration. We have many events planed and others in work. We are publishing our story on this web site under Parish History and we have many other activities in the works. So come back often as we serialize our story and update the anniversary events calendar.
“Chill the Choir” March Concert:
The March “Chill the Choir” Concert will be at 4:00 pm on Sunday, March 11, 2012. While the rest of the country is trying to remember if you move the clock an hour forward or back when Daylight Saving starts (spring forward), you can be enjoying another beautiful concert. Mark you calendar for this fun filled musical adventure. This will conclude our concert series for this inaugural season.
Proceeds benefit Epiphany’s “Chill the Choir” air conditioning replacement fund. Tickets will be available at the Door with recommended minimum donations* of:
Concert Only: $10 Concert & Reception: $15 Children under 12: $5
Major credit cards are now accepted at the door.
* Additional donations are always welcome and appreciated.
Newcomers Wine & Cheese Reception:
The first Newcomers Wine & Cheese reception of 2012 is scheduled for
Sunday, February 26 immediately following the 10:00 a.m. Service.
This is Church of Epiphany’s special way to welcome our newest members and some not so new returning members. If you are new to Epiphany and signed our guest book, please come to the reception and introduce yourself. We would love to talk with you and share the many opportunities for fun and fellowship available at our ‘little’ church.

Lenten Cereal Drive:
Church of the Epiphany’s annual Lenten Cereal Drive starts on Sunday, February 26 and will continue through all the weeks of Lent. The boxes and bags of cereal will be split between food banks at Paz de Cristo and Matthew’s Crossing where they will be distributed to those in need in our community.
A special donation box will be in the Narthex each week for your donations. Last year our total was 637 boxes, so our goal this year is 650.
Other staple food donations are gladly accepted in the grocery cart and you are encouraged to use our wonderful re-useable green bags for both.
Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper:
Church of the Epiphany’s annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper will be held on
Tuesday, February 21 at 6:00 p.m.
in Burkhardt Hall. This annual event is sponsored by the Men of Epiphany (M.O.E.). The cost is $5.00 per person or $15.00 for a family of 3 or more. Kids ten and under eat for free.
